Bay School of San Francisco
Operable Partition Installation + Theater Renovation
School’s out! FOREVER?
The uncertainty of COVID and its impact on school systems lead to the kickoff of this project.
These two projects were part of a larger multiphase master planning vision for Bay School, a private college prep school in the Presidio. Part 1 was the installation of three new operable partitions that would allow for smaller “clusters” of students to gather. This project was instigated by COVID protocols and the desire to create more customization to existing classrooms. Part 2 was the renovation of the existing basement level to accommodate the needs of the Bay School’s theater department.
